Holton Connor completed this $3.5m tailor made office complex for Centrelink in two stages to service the Regional centre of Armadale and Gosnells.

The new 1,500m² office complex has a large basement carpark, meets all government accommodation standards and designed to fit into the Armadale Redeveloment Authority’s design image for the city centre.
